This Mediterranean restaurant is a true hidden gem in the Sunshine State of Florida. This restaurant certainly lives up to the Gaylord Hotels name with its elegant and flavorful cuisine. This is NOT your ordinary buffet restaurant. Everything is freshly prepared and presented in an exquisite display. The dinner buffet includes Prime Rib, along with other proteins, sides, salads, fresh baked breads paired with flavored butters and hummus, and desserts such as tiramisu, baklava, and the ever classic bread pudding. The restaurant boasts multiple chefs who each oversee one aspect of the dining experience. All of the cuisine is expertly prepared and will leave your mouth watering for more!
