Skansen is an awesome place to explore, complete with an open-air museum, zoo, and so much more. But one hidden gem inside this popular tourist attraction is the bakery. Housed in one of the open-air museum buildings from Old Stockholm, the bakery is fashioned after that of an 1870's Swedish bakery with employees dressed in period costumes. Offering a wide variety of breads and pastries, the cinnamon rolls are one of their most popular sweet treats.
