If you're like me, you're always searching for the next incredible meal. The place where all of the locals go, the place that is standing room only, the place where everyone sits down hungry and leaves satisfied. From the out-of-the-way locations to the most popular dining establishments, I take you around the world on a quest for the perfect meals that tickle the taste buds.
Leonore Christine is my favorite restaurant in Copenhagen. I ate here four times during our stay in Copenhagen. That's how good it is. The grilled salmon is cooked to perfection and pairs very well with the smooth Hollandaise sauce, asparagus, potatoes, and other seasonal vegetables. The chicken and pasta entree with Gorgonzola sauce is complimented with spinach and cranberries, making it light and fresh, perfect for summertime. The bruschetta has true depth of flavor, due to the fact that they carefully season each and every component. If you are in Copenhagen, I highly recommend Leonore Christine for lunch or dinner. The food is delectable and the waterfront view is icing on the cake!
