We stumbled upon Suomen Meriruokakeittiö Oy at the Farmer's Market in Helsinki. What a wonderful discovery! The salmon is grilled right before your eyes, along with mountains of Yukon Gold potatoes and fresh vegetables. The entire dish is prepared with perfectly paired spices and is like a symphony of flavors in your mouth. I highly recommend the Finland Seafood Kitchen, as you will not be disappointed! They serve fresh, flavorful, and all around delicious food!
